Requesting Values and Support Documents

To safeguard the confidentiality of ALL taxpayers, requests for Tangible Personal Property (TPP) values and any support documents must be submitted in accordance with our Public Record Request Policy.

In order for us to provide confidential account or parcel information to non-owners, a current Tangible Personal Property Authorization Form must either be on file or must be submitted with the request. This authorizes us to release information that is deemed confidential pursuant to the Florida Statutes. The authorization should include the account number for each account for which information is requested. Once signed and notarized, an authorization is valid for no more than one (1) year.

You may submit a Public Records Request

Certified tax roll values are available by browsing our Tangible Property Data by Name, Address, Parcel (STRAP) or Folio ID, or Tangible account.

Truth in Millage (TRIM) notices are mailed in mid-August. Please review these thoroughly and contact the Tangible Department with any questions or concerns. If the assessed value is less than $25,000, a TRIM notice will only be mailed for the initial year of the exemption.

For additional TPP information, please visit Tangible Personal Property Forms.
