Commercial Department Forms
Income and Expense Questionnaires
Each year, the Property Appraiser's Office sends an Income and Expense survey to commercial property owners. The
purpose of this survey is to ensure we have enough market information to properly value the commercial property
in Lee County. Your responses are voluntary and kept confidential. We will not use your response to value your
property, instead, we take your information and group it with similar commercial properties; this helps us identify
what market value is for that group and class of commercial properties.
As always, the goal of our office is to provide fair and equitable assessments for your property; please assist us
in making sure that we are able to accurately reflect the market value of your property by submitting your information.
Thank you for your cooperation, and if you have any questions, please feel free to contact our office.
