Data Sales

The Data Services Department of the Lee County Property Appraiser's Office welcomes you to our Data Sales & Services. This service is provided for your convenience. You may obtain various types of media (reports, diskettes, CD's, etc.) created specifically to your needs.

If you need special reports, diskettes, CD's, or downloads created to your specifications, please read the following:

If you have ordered Data through our Data Sales Department in the past then you already have a client number and are on file with us.

1. FIRST TIME orders are subject to the Account Set-up & Programming Fees in addition to other applicable charges. (See Data Sales & Services Price List).
2. FIRST TIME orders, please allow 10 working days (average) for processing. Turn-around time could be reduced to within 3 days if you (1) have an established account or (2) this is an update of a previous order, or (3) search parameters are similar to a previous request.
3. You may phone, e-mail or fax your order. We will respond by phone or e-mail to acknowledge receipt and completion of your order.
4. Your account will be handled on a CASH basis (personal or business checks are accepted).
1. Exceptions to this would apply only if you are currently a client and special billing procedures have previously been established.
2. No credit cards.
3. No billing of orders will be done except on established accounts in good standing.
5. Payment is required in full at the time of pickup from our office or prior to shipping your first order (shipping charges are in addition to any other charges*) .

* Other methods of shipping must be approved.
