Value History Chart New!

We have added a feature to enhance your ability to research historical property values in Lee County . You can now view a Hstorical Value Graph of your property, going back as far as 1992, with descriptions and graphs of the different areas of value such as Just, Assessed, Market, Save Our Homes, Building, and Land values. You can locate the Link on the Property Data page under the heading Property values.

 

Tax EstimatorNew!

Available now from a link at the top of the property data page. You can estimate the amount of potential taxes based on ninety percent of a sale's price and millage of a specific parcel.

 

Aerial Viewer New Layers Added!

A new Aerial viewer with tax map overlay has been added to the site. It has measurement, scaling, and printing capabilities. You have a choice of 2002 and 2001 color or 1998 black and white photography. Aerials are viewable side by side for comparison or historical reasons. Instructions for use are included on Viewer page.

Online Reports  New! A new on-line reports system is available utilizing an interactive Crystal Report generator. We have put a few types of reports out for testing. Send your feedback to webmaster@leepa.org.

PICTOMETRY OBLIQUE AERIAL PHOTOGRAPHY New! 
Some new technology for viewing Pictometry's oblique aerials is now available. Under a special agreement negotiated by Lee County PropertyAppraiser Ken Wilkinson,Lee County residents will be able to view up to 12 different angles of most every area of Lee County at no cost (a significant savings, around $800 each in viewing costs).  In addition to that, we will be adding 2004 aerials...look for them to be delivered around mid-spring.

Multiple Parcel Sales

The parcel data sheet will now include parcels transferred at the time of the subject parcel's sale.  Additionally, if the parcel has been subject to a split or combination, you will be able to view up to 12 parcels included in that sale or view parcels that may have been combined with or split out of the sale parcel.
