What is the difference between Search and Browse?
A search presents you with results that match your search criteria, providing you with a limited subset of our data to view. Data that is similar but different may not be presented, making it difficult to generate the desired results when inexact information is known. For example, searching on an owner's name of "SMITH JOHN A" would not include property owned by "SMITH J A".
A browse allows you to page forward and backwards through all our data. It uses the browse criteria to position itself at a specific point within our database and allows for paging forward and/or backwards from there. Browse results are sorted in the order of your criteria. For example, if the browse criteria specified an Owner's Name then the browse results are sorted by the Owner's Name, if a Street Name was specified then the results are sorted in Street Name order. Regardless of the sort order, it is possible to page forward and/or backward to view similar results or to even switch the sort order from within the results.

How do I print without the text going off the right edge of the paper?
If the property information that you see on your screen extends beyond the borders of your printed copy, do the following:

  1. Click on the frame or window you want to print.
  2. From your IE browser menu bar go to View, then Text Size, then choose "Smaller" or "Smallest." This will allow the image to "fit" on your page.
  3. Click the Print button on your browser.
